| Here at tinks' pretty thing's we have a flat rate combined packaging and shipping charge as follows: |

| For all order's within the UK and Northern Ireland: £3.00 |

| For all order's in the Republic of Ireland and Europe: £6.00 |

| International Order's (outside Europe, UK , R.Ireland): £12.00 |
| |
| These postage and packaging costs are charged no matter how large or small your order. Unless you have been through customer sevices and
agreed a more personal packaging, where extra cost's maybe incurred. |

| You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days. If your order has already been despatched the postage costs incurred will be deducted
from your refund once the goods have been returned to us at your cost by 1st class recorded delivery. |

| Goods will normally be dispatched within 48 hours Monday to Friday. However, there will be times that we experience a larger volume of sales
which may mean that it takes 72 hour's before your item(s) are despatched. We will endeavour to keep you notified letting you know when your item(s) have been despatched. |

| On a rare occasion some items may be out of stock. In that instance you will be notified and your items will usually be delivered within
28 days. |

| If ordering from outside the UK please allow 21 days from day of despatch for delivery. |

| Items may be sent separately but there is no extra charge for this. If you have any queries or concerns about your order at any time please

| All our items are brand new with tags or in wrap and are described as accurately as possible. The pictures are usually a good visual
representation but we do advise that you check the colour's and size's in the details of each item as colour's may vary from the picture. |

| All payments are to be made through the Paypal link. You can use credit or debit card's without opening a Paypal account. |
| |
| We take pride in our presentation and make sure that all items are packaged and despatched in perfect condition. |

| All items are despatched within 48 hours of payment being received and are sent by recoreded delivery without exception. ( Someone
will need to sign for it on arrival or it will go to your local sorting office ) |

| Return's: Refund's and/or exchange's will only be made if in the unusual event of the item(s) being faulty or the wrong item(s) sent out. |

| Please make sure that you contact us before making any return's. |

| If it has been permitted, item(s) must be returned within 7 days and received in unused condition with all the packaging intact. |
